Why aren’t there any good checklists for packing for a condo stay?

I have been searching for the perfect checklist for our condo/beach stay that is coming up very quickly. There are a million different types of checklists but I can’t seem to find one to fit my needs, and I hate being redirected to another site, then download to print it, so why not make my own and share it.
